  • Buyers must complete payment on items at time of purchase.  Orders are only processed when payment is received.
  • We only accept payment via Shopify or Amazon Pay for all transactions.
  • Please do not buy an item if you do not agree to our terms and conditions.
  • All Illinois residents must pay sales tax of 10.25%.



  • Please verify your address during checkout.  We will only deliver to confirmed/verified addresses.  We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.   
  • Orders placed by 2pm CST will ship Same Day (if payment is received and cleared).  Orders placed after 2pm CST will ship the next business day.
  • We ship to the US and WORLDWIDE, including APO/FPO Addresses.  We ship using USPS, FedEx, or UPS-- our choice.
  • You will be notified of your tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.
  • Combined shipping and handling is available for multiple purchases.


Order Cancellations

Order Cancellations will be entertained only if the item(s) have not been shipped. After an item has been shipped, please understand that it might not be able to be cancelled.  Please contact us and we can discuss available options. 

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order, but please note that a 20% restocking fee may apply.



We stand behind every product that we sell. In fact, we might even be in your room right now, watching over your shoulder as you use your newly purchased item….pretty creepy, huh?  Well, that’s how much we care about our customer’s experience! 

If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team. 

  • Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to orders that are returned due to being purchased on accident or due to compatibility issues.
  • In order to return an item, you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
  • Warranty will be voided if the product is mishandled or physically damaged by the customer.  We will refuse back all returns that do not have an RMA.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Certain items, such as health and wellness products, may not be eligible for return.  Please contact us for information.


Sales Tax

Sales tax of 10.25% is applicable for orders shipped to Illinois.
